ECommerce Website Design and Development - New Business

Require website design and development for new e-commerce platform. Site needs to be fully mobile ready and self managed (adding products, descriptions, content etc).

Cart View
Product tags and subcategories (Shop by guys, girls, t-shirts etc)
Product variants i.e. color, size, etc.
Automatic inventory control...when something is out of stock it notifies customer. But also a notification when and item hits a pre-defined level is sent.
Site search function
Main page product display with varied view choices (Grid, List, One Product at a time) also a manually scrolling feature left and right
hoover over product to enlarge / brief written description below product.
Automatic "trending or most popular" section that auto populates items based off of positive reviews, likes, and sales volume. All or at least two items. Products will display automatically on main page - thumbs up or like voting / star reviews.
Ability to offer Affiliate Marketing to customer's...
Same for new products added - once a new product is added it is populated on the main page in the "new products" section."
Social connections/feed
Customer Map feature - based on tags on items: ability to drill down to Country, Region, State and City ---- this can be discussed to ensure we capture what we require...open for technical discussion/suggestions. Check out:
Variety of payment methods: Paypal, CC mainly. Suggestions?
Shipping methods build in.
Email follow-ups: Automatically sent "Order Received" "Order Shipped" "Thank You for your Order/Please provide feedback"

PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA OF SITE:
a password protected page with in the site on "how it works" graphic is required - not provided...need this designed. (check out: attached)
Ability to add a white board doodle video in this section for the 'how it works" as well. If you have this capability please annotate in your proposal.
Also a way to generate a password response based off of a short form filled out to customer - Auto emailed directly to customer.
Back end order form like: www.extremscreenprints.com 'get a quote' - this may be scaled down a bit.
