Ecommerce website

Hi,

Im looking for someone to build me a bespoke ecommerce website with:
Background - slightly faded/translucent image of blades of green grass.
Header/Banner - logo (completed) contact links, basket, social links, search facility.
frequent news to the front page.
Horizontal drop down menus for the categories.
A menu on the left with information pages, sort by brand and Blog etc.
3 or 4 graphic panels accross the middle for best sellers, New, Recommended.
Contact us page
The general links at the bottom

As far as features are concerned:
Mobile Compatible
Linnworks express
ebay integration
Sage pay
single language and currency will be fine.
I would like the social links on every page, related products, "contact us" (in regards to specific product) and bread crumbing.
I'd need a way to automate emails (order confirmation, follow up email after delivery, ideally shipping although that could be courrier)Newsletter Template.
Review basket "people who bought this also bought"
Discount code.
Account registration/login/order tracking
Hover over image to enlarge
Ability to post reviews and Q's and A's to product page.

I would also need the design to be replicated (as closely as possible) to an ebay store, twitter page, facebook shop and G+ page.

General SEO is required and integration with Google shopping would be a plus.
