Ecommerce strategy/SEO/analytics expert

We are a team working in the Children's Nursery Industry importing mainly wheeled products (pushchairs). We are looking for preferably a post grad who is already working in this field and is keen to get involved with our team of experts in other fields. We have created a website and need help directing traffic to it, and creating sales volume and brand awareness. We would be flexible on hourly rates, but prefer to pay on results which would be commission based, as the website is only 2 months old. We are in the early stages, on this end of the business so besides this being a challenge, it would be advantageous to work with us now, as the right person could grow with us.
