Ecommerce Platform Needed For Joomla Site

We have a client who need a very specific type of ecommerce platform on their new Joomla site (currently under development). Currently they have a system where users can add products to the cart, view their cart and have it emailed to them but there is no checkout and users cannot buy anything from the website. Our client would like to keep their website this way. As it is Joomla, we would need to be able to mass upload all their products from their old site to their new site.

We are looking for a fast turn around as we have tight deadlines to work to. We are looking for someone to source a plugin, install it and transfer all old products to the new site.
