ECommerce Online Store

We have a site called WWW.RUGTOLIA.COM which provides cleaning and restoration of hand made rugs to our customers and I would like to add a online store eCommerce section. All I need a SHOP NOW click on our website and when you click on SHOP NOW I want to go on a totally separate our online store section and site. This online store will provide any hand made products, our customers from Europe and UK will be able to buy anything from that section. But there is one thing that I want, I got this idea of what kind of ay out I require, pls check the site called WWW.YURDAN.COM and I want my online store exactly the same, our name, logo and the pictures we want to se would be different. The original RUGTOLIA logo would be GOLD as you ll see on the site, but the colour of that logo for online store would be TURKUAZ(blue) .
