Hi,

I have 2 online shops which are identical (worldwide shop and USA shop).

I am looking for an ecommerce expert that can understand my business, analyse certain it and advise on certain things I can be doing to generate more revenue. The must be some strategies I should take advantage of to maximise revenue.

Below are the details:

I'm looking for is an ecommerce expert that can firstly quickly understand:

1. our target market
2. the kind products we sell
3. how the products are delivered
4. where we ship the physical products to

Then help with:
1. we sell our own published products and also resell other companies products. Of course selling our own is more profitable. How can we increase these sales? How can we inform visitors and customers the high quality of the products
2. We have 2 shops; Worldwide and US/Canada. how can we make this more obvious?
3. How can we change our shipping offers for both shops and let the visitors/customers know?
4. What in page improvements can be made to our homepage, and all shop pages to increase revenue?
