Ebook formatting for Smashwords and loading - size reduction required also

I have an illustrated ebook which I require formatting for Smashwords, to enable it to proceed onto Apple, Kindle and B&N stores. The file must be reduced below the 10mb limit first and then you must manage the loading of the book onto Smashwords for me.

This is a very small job for someone who knows their stuff and it will be completed inside a few hours.

The book is the first of an illustrated children's series, so the cheapest/fastest/best skilled bidder will win the job for the other 5 books.
