I require a professional cover design for my finance Ebook,

Design concept

Clear sharp bold text – 7 word book title + 2 word author name

Central image to to be an arrogant looking wall-street type banker with a single brief case or perhaps one in each hand. Large dishonest Cheshire cat / used car salesman grin, possibly pixelated strip over his eyes to make him a bit disguised and sneaky looking.
Although this picture could sound a little bit comical – I don't want it cartoonish and would like this to to have a serious feel and professional and authoritative feel for the Ebook (This image is key for my design concept – please detail your thoughts on how you will achieve this desired look and image)

Circular sticker style or bottom right hand corner note with 10 word note

Color theme, Dark green, dark blue dark grey, black or combination – I want this Ebook cover to have a financial feel to it
