E-Mail design and sending service needed!

Hello, i need email design and sending service.
I need somebody who can send 1000 personalized emails to my clients regarding New Year, so i will give you text which you have to put into the email, i will provide you cvs file with all needed information about my clients and you will need to compose html message with client names.
I want simple, clear and winter inspired design.
You will need to have smtp relay for 1000 sendings and you will need to be able to use our email address as sender email.
I hope my budget is fine for that.
I need this job done in few days.
