E-commerce shop to be built from visual

I have a web visual (please see attached) and just need someone to put the website together to look like the visual. I know there are a lot of good off the shelf products out there and am more than happy to use one of those as they will have a content management system already in place and allow me to edit stock, etc quite easily. The homepage would have scrolling images and I am happy for someone who is a bit creative to come in and improve the visual in any way as it is a bit boring and more of a starting point than anything else.

Like everyone, I am very price conscious but if you could send me some links to sites you have built/designed in the past I would be very grateful and we can go from there.
