E commerce Retail Web Site Designer Required ASAP

My new start up company requires an e commerce web designer who is creative and full of great design ideas.

We are setting up an online retail company and our plan is to have a group of websites selling house hold items on multiple website domain names.

We require the same theme across all the different websites approx 15 websites. We would like to be using magento as our e commerce platform.

We are already currently selling online through different market places.
