E-commerce development

Please find below my requirements to build the website:
1. Build a system with exact (intended) functionality as Locadroit.fr
2. The system can be deployed on multiple domains (english version, french version, etc.)
3. A language file will be used to ensure that correct version french/english is used for hard-coded output.
4. A specific set of view templates will be created for each version, so each install is unique in terms of content.
5. Each system works from independent database, with no cross-over in terms of users/content - installs are totally independent from one-another.
6. Designs to be taken from existing website
7. Include advertisement banner on categories/recommendations page with functionnality to add banner in the admin.
8. Tooltip for legal jargon on the website's articles
9. Terms : 50% deposit paid into escrow and released after two weeks upon approval of progress. final 50% deposit paid into escrow after two weeks and released upon completion of project and launch of the website.
10. Timescale : 5 weeks from deposit payment = deadline 13.10.2012.
11. Other : The fee includes the installation of the english version of the system, the French version can be configured/installed at a later date for £195 (1Xday.
12. Technology : PHP5.3/ZendFramework2.0/MySQL - Database/Dojo(js)/HTML5/CSS
13. Hosting : Hosted on my existing hosting account so no additional fees here.
