Turn collections section in to a PR page as on MaxMAra

Fix breadcrumbs
add newsletter subscription
Add facebook & Twitter link
Remove login and register
Sort out page titles

Add form etc to contact us page

Sort out product page: Add to cart button, and general styling (so it fits the site)
-add facebook like, Google + and twitter to your product page

Style cart and checkout page.
Add in paypal information.

Update slideshow on homepage
Hide drop down for AW'12 on Collections PR page
