E books to be written

I am looking for someone to write e-books for me.
I will provide the title of each book and a brief summary of the guidelines.
The first section of the project will be for two or three e-books of between 30 and 40 pages.
All title will pass to me on payment and no content may be used in anyway for anyone else. All content must be original and no duplication of work is allowed at all.
Must pass Copyscape
An English grammar test must be passed by each applicant. Perfect English and spelling is important.
This could be a project that becomes on going for the right applicant.
Please give full details of experience. Native English speakers will be prefered
