Drupal7 Scripting

We have around 8 forms created under content type.

1) We need to fetch the data from one form into other forms when doing data entry.

for example we have Number, Name and Date of Visit, Height, Weight etc, kind of fields in one form,

when we doing the data entry from other forms if we enter the number then the name and other required data from the master from should be fetched and displayed in forms.

2) Need to integrate JQuery Datepicker in all the date fields in the form. aproximately 10 date fields

3) having small css alignment issue, needs to be fixed.

overall 16 man hours required for the job for the experienced drupal7 programmer.

i am satisfied the output having more tasks in the same project, will continue the tasks one by one.

Note: its is urgent requirement. need to be addressed in 2 days.
