Drupal to Campaign Monitor connection

The aim of this work is to provide a Campaign Monitor (CM) for subscribers to a content type (Whitepaper).

The basic idea is that we upload a white paper (either a PDF or a video (in mp4 and ogv format)). On the details page is a form (I will provide access to the Campaign Monitor system so you can see the fields and values - will also be provided in text form).

When the user completes the form (some fields are required so some validation is required) and Campaign Monitor reports that they have been successfully added or updated then form is replaced by a link to the PDF or the video.

Some key points: We want to collect full name in two separate fields on the site form (first name and last name) to ensure we get both. They need to be sent to CM as a single field (fullname).

In addition to the details page we also need a view page (paginated) of all published whitepapers. We also need a view block showing the latest 3 published whitepapers that will replace the register block (top right). The block has 3 types of link (see image attached) the first takes you to the Whitepapers archive page (page1). The next take you to a specific whitepaper (from the list) and finally a link that takes you to the form without a white paper (if possible - this is optional).

Requirements:
Whitepaper Content Type (Title, image, description, file upload for PDF or file uploads for Video (ogv & mp4 format)).
Form with API connection to Campaign Monitor subscriber list
Archive Page View List of all published whitepapers
Block view (see design attached) to appear in right column.
