Drupal - To adjust an exposed form with hook_form_alter()

There is a current exposed form from Views which needs to be altered to include a min and max prices drop down. There will be more information for anyone that can do this.

The reason i am posting this is also because i need to find one that can work with hook_form_alter() well as i have a lot of other jobs to post or set a weeks work for this to be done.

90% of the code is there just needs tweaking. I can provide this on acceptance of the job.
