Drupal developer to programme existing designs

This is quite an unusual job and impossible to price, so I'm just asking for a rate her hour and a portfolio. The first job will probably be around 20 hours of work. We'll take it from there and see how it goes.

We're a UK charity that's part of a worldwide movement, using Drupal for our websites. You have other designs in the same 'family' such as www.greencoatplace.org. There is a central comms team and we just add content.

You will notice that the designs are terrible! Until now we have had limited scope to change this, but we have secured agreement that if we recruit our own developer they can have access to the system. The central team is just too busy to give us a reasonable service on this. We do want to stay part of the same group, so that the same login works across all sites and because we like the ability for multiple users to generate content.

So, what we need is a person to take on new page designs (provided in Photoshop) and add this to the Drupal system, creating the necessary views and menus. This will involve working with the designer and the central team, at least initially, to get admin access. We will of course get passwords and things, but it is seldom straightforward even then.

In replying I would be interested to see other Drupal sites that you have created as well as any client references. Also, if you could confirm whether you are off on holiday in the next four weeks - our first project would like their website done by mid-August.
