Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a Drupal and WordPress Developer to support our full time and contract development team.
In almost 5 years of trading we have built up a strong reputation for on-time and on-budget delivery across a variety of projects.
We look after clients at all stages of the product lifecycle – from strategy and market requirements, through to product specification, delivery and on-going engagement and management.
Over the next three months we'll be doing the following:-
- Continuing to improve sites we build for major clients - writing new functionality, migrating MySQL data, which we then integrate with Drupal or WordPress.
- Upgrading some existing clients onto new CMS (most likely Drupal) and hosting infrastructure.
You'd be expected to assist the initial team in some of these areas, as well as lead in others.
- At least 2 years commercial experience in PHP/MySQL.
- Experience of having worked with APIs
- Experience of version control (we use SVN, Git and Mercurial)
- A knowledge of Drupal and WordPress would be an advantage
While we may consider remote working possibilities for outstanding candidates we envisage this role will most likely be office based so we can extend the knowledge we have in our team - so you will need to be available to work on the Sussex coast for at least some of the time.
