Drupal 7 Theme Developer Needed

I need a Drupal 7 developer to create a custom theme based on the attached HTML file which has already been developed.

As you can see by the image, there are 4 slideshow type areas. We can go over this when the project commences but please do not apply if this is something that you cannot do.

The work is available immediately for the right person so please only apply if you can start straight away.

A good communicator is a must.

Please let me know how long this will take you on your application. The main focus will be the home-page, we can worry about the rest of the pages on the 2nd phase of this development.
