As a freelance graphic designer in 'standby mode' I've designed a new CommuGame website, and now seeking innovative programmers for the realization of the interactive part. I think with PHP, MySQL and Java you can enable the website. But how this will be solved and implemented ultimately, is of course to be discussed, because I simply lack the comprehensive knowledge of all the possibilities for programming such a website.
To introduce the concept and to talk about the project now, I ask for a confidentiality agreement.
