Draw and create assembly of seperate components in solidworks

I need a pulley assembly drawing in Solidworks, i require this to be in a format of an assembly and the files of the 5 seperate parts, all compatible with 2011-2012 versions of Solidworks. 2-3 of these parts are extremely simple to draw. Accuracy is very important.

I estimate this sort of job could be done in around an hour by an experienced modeller. No particular time frame is important however i require them preferably within a few days to a week.

The final assembly does not require animating. Deliverables are simply the 5~ parts and the final assembly file in a .ZIP format.
