Draft Canadian Mechanical Utility Patent Application

We are looking for a firm or freelance individuals with experience in drafting Canadian patent applications. We require drafting of a Mechanical Utility patent for filing with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) with an accelerated examination. (So if any candidates can also do the application submission, please quote on that as well).

Our company designs and builds industrial (material handling) machinery and so we prefer patent attorneys/writers that have experience in mechanical utility filings, preferably with a mechanical engineering background.

The draft must follow all guidelines strictly set forth by the CIPO. Our company will supply the drawings, draft text, and background information upon hire.
