I need a document drafted. I owe a sum of money to a friend as a result of a share recomendation that went wrong - it is secured by a charge on my house. The agreement is only applicable while we are alive - ie if either of us die for instance then the debt dies with us - no next of kin ect are to benefit or be libel.
