Draft a Family Trust

Objective of the trust:

Ring Fence and Protect assets including Property(s);
Provide a home and accommodation for any family member;
Provide help with University/School Fees of the direct descendants and any adopted children;
Pay for Medical Insurance, Carers etc;
Protect the interest of the settlor and their partner in old age; and
Trust to continue indefinitely in subsequent generations.
