Dog genetic database

I am looking for someone who can build an online database for dog genetics. I would like it to compute COIs for dogs and trial matings. Also, the main object is to calculate the likely incidence of an inherited condition by analysing the pedigree. I can supply a link to my site that has been started by a professional who can not complete the project. There are currently 71,000 pedigrees up. This is a private one time only job for a non profit site but would like the person to follow up with support and help guide me through the upkeep and maintenance.
