Documents certified by Solictor

I need five documents certified by a UK solicitor. The documents will then be forwarded to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office for an apostille stamp.

I understand the Foreign & Commonwealth Office charges £30 for this, so please quote your fee to certify the five documents and forward to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

The documents are
board minutes to open a bank account in Greece.
First Board minutes to appoint the directors.
articles of association
Memorandum of association
and a written resolution confirming share holding.

The forms are to be used to open a bank account in Greece.

The fee I quoted is a guide please quote for the work and time scales. The fee is an important factor in determining the freelancer or company we will use but NOT the sole factor.

I am likely to have a few of these in the near future and this could result in repeat business if all goes well with this work.
