Document Administrator for Online Library

I run a legal web site and want to create an online document library. I have a database of agreements I have created and I want someone to proof read them, correct any errors and create fields in Word so customers down loading them can fill them in themselves. I will provide a template document that you can copy. Once approved I want the administrator to upload them to the Wordpress document library. They will also create a short HOW to use this document first page.

Knowledge or experience of legal administration would be beneficial. Want to build an ongoing relationship with someone as the library will keep growing.
