Doba CSV Products uploaded to Magento

We need an expert who has "experience" working with Doba's CSV files and Magento. You do not need to upload all the Doba products to magento but simply adjust the CSV and/or magento so that the external product image URLs will function/display the images when you upload the CSV to Magento (all product images are hosted on Doba). At the moment, when you upload the CSV to Magento, all contents in the CSV appear correctly, except for 2 things: The product images are displayed in the description tab, instead of the correct image box + the store categories don't get ticked after CSV upload unless you go to the admin and tick them manually (even though you have specified categories and subcategories on the CSV). See the attached CSV, it's a sample of the CSV from Doba. The Magento version is 1.7.0.2

We're looking to award the project today and get this done today if possible.
