Dissertation writer

Person wanted to complete research on a human resource subject, preferrably in an Eastern European country. Research should include interviews, journals, books, internet etc utilising and quoting from recognised published authors on the subject. It would be best if the topic explored is based on a company/companies operating within Eastern Europe. The research must be compiled and presented in the form of a dissertation of 12000 - 15000 words. Previously completed papers may be acceptable providing they are original and compiled within the last 3 to 5 years.
