Directory Submission

I require the submission of one way links to various Directories (I will supply the list) These links are to be submitted approx 20 per week at the rate of approx 7 per day. There are about 500 Directories for submission. This operation must be processed manually - NO AUTO SUBMISSION SOFTWARE TO BE USED.
Proof of submission will be required on a daily basis. Text for submitted description must differ on a weekly basis. Samples will be provided.
