When quoting please price for artwork and costs of any images.
Quote for doing both parts.
We will provide copy text in Word format.
We have no images apart from our company Logo.

We want you to graphic design the following and provide us with the HiRes PDF– all other processes we will do.

This mailer will be sent out over a 6 month period to about 30,000 businesses. It will be an A5 card (although other sizes considered in the design process) will be personalised and inserted into a matching branded envelope. Both items will be personalised by us pre-mailing. For your information all personalised items will be done by our commercial inkjet printer so we can have colours black, blue, red or green. The envelope will have a handwriting font.

Printed both sides in four colours.
Paper stock – Style – that’s your choice
We want to have a personalised area where we can add the company name and addressee’s name. No address data needed. We want the design to enhance this as this process will be done pre-mailing process by our ink jet. Maybe using a large font.

C5 Envelope
C5 envelope will be personalised with company name , addressee and address by us during the mailing process. Handwriting font.
We want the envelope to have a branded design. Our return address on the flap.
