Digital painting - single high res image

We are a small production company looking for a skilled digital painter to reproduce an image that we have for use in a theatrical play. The digital painting will be projected onto a large RP screen. This will be a work for hire. Turnaround time, inc all drafts and revisions, as necessary, must be 48-72 hrs.

The image itself is of a dreamscape--a celestial city, if you will, bathed in rich colors and light. As previously stated, we have an image that is pretty close to what we are looking for.
