I'm looking for a google analytics expert

I have an online business and looking for a google analytics expert to help me set up events and everything else I need to understand my demographic and help to understand conversion.

I love learning and so would also want somebody to help me explain what they did and why so that I am able to interpret reports later. However, I would be really interested in some initial reporting in addition to this so that I can make some informed decisions now.

Budget is obviously tight as I am a small startup.
