Google Analytics Help

We have a bit of an issue with google tag manager / tracking conversions for one of our clients. We have had someone try to set it up but we have hit a bit of a road block with it as its just not fully tracking conversions properly. The forms are all hubspot forms so I dont know if this has affected it but my colleague who set it up has reached the limit of her knowledge and we wanted to find an expert - can you help?
