Marketing copy

Hi,
I am opening a cafe in a small rural village in a few months time, taking my cake making business from home to Joe Bloggs on the street. I am using a crowdfunding page to try and raise some of my capital - although I have received a few pledges, as it was pointed out to me today, I need something which better explains the problem I am addressing, my solution to the problem and the specifics of where people's money goes. I am can make an elaborate cake but am not so good with the written word. I want to push my crowdfunding page out on social media but want an excellent marketing copy before I do.
