I need to find a self motivated determined individual who would like to be succesful

I am looking for an individual willing to learn with a determination to be successful. This person should have a sense of integrity and a willingness to help others to be successful. Be willing to work on their own and be willing to prove their virtues! The individual will be given maximum support during the development process but a willingness to learn and move on quickly is important! It would be helpful if the sales person has some programming knowledge but this is not essential.

I am developing a marketing programme for the new product/system: LogicCoder and is looking for some one to help them become part of the long term success. The selected individual will be paid in steps at the end of achieving given milestones as follows:
1) Develop web system with landing page, banners, and SM systems that link to the landing page at a URL that will be provided.
2) Get no less than 20 unique visitors/day to the web system through these and other means.
3) Have no less than five (5) sales conversions in no more than 3 weeks after 2) is achieved.
4) Consistently generate sales conversion of no less than 12/week after 3) is achieved.

Each of these 4 milestones will be paid in sequence of US$50, $100, $150 and $300 respectively. A sales outcome bonus will also be paid at the end of this milestone.

After which the person will be paid a higher salary of US$870.00 plus a higher bonus rate as stated in the attached specification document.

We do not want applicant who are looking for hourly paid job. This is not a hourly paid office job. You will need to have Internet access, good Communication skills, and Integrity! This is a long term businnes opportunity with a short trial period to begin with! The time taken to complete the trial perion depends on how long you take to achieve these milestones as stated above.
