A client of mine on Wordpress would like to automate emails, reminders, cancellations, customise form integration in WP, sync appointment calendars for 4 staff and make notes (as well as images) against customers.
So far Pipedrive, Hubspot and Amelia have been options but is there a better application/process for these use cases above? I need a couple of hours consultancy.
