YouTube Video Creation

I need a YouTube Video created to promote my web design agency. Basically it will be a short production that showcases various areas of my work. I would like some spoken content on some of the transitions just to add more. The work showcase featuring for instance brochure websites should feature clean but intresting morphs of the different websites etc.. This goes the same for any other areas. I am not a video creator and don't have the time to put this together so I need someone who is good at what they do and can make me a slick clean professional video.

All the transitions will have images on and I can provide these for you as screenshots but I still want them to look good in the video, clean and sharp.

There will be around 15 transitions in total. I have attached a rough powerpoint to explain just the areas. The brief wont get fussy. The winning bidder will receive a more detailed powerpoint and all the images.
