Whiteboard style video with voice over

We are looking for a similar kind of video to the video below , we would like the same style but making it look different enough so its unique to us, I have attached the script and most of the pictures drawing in the attached video apply to the text we require but obviously it would be a picture of a lawn shape rather than a house. I have also attached a few scans of a very rough handwork from me showing how the garden drawing would look and how the section about pegs and string would look, I also like how they used corrugated card to show how the area is covered and would like the same or maybe some green paper.
