Video from rubbish footage and pictures needed.

We had a training day this weekend and would like someone to make us a video of the day from scrap footage we took during the event. footage is quite dull and so are the pictures so need someone who can make the video really interesting with sub titles, great music, some nice effects like speed up or slow mo etc....
need it to be around 2 minutes long.
