Video creation editing from stock

Hello, I would like to make a short promotional video using stock videos and a specific video from YouTube so you must be able to download from there. I can supply the audio that will need the videos and images edited to it. I can also supply links to all the videos and images so it really just splicing it together and adding audio. Can easily be done in iMovie, I’m just not the creative type.
