Video Animation

Looking for a very simple loopable video to go on a kiosk. Imagine an ATM or a information touch screen at a train station, I need a short video on loop which says "touch here to start" and then show some logos on loop, the kind of thing you see on loop on ATMs and information kiosks.

The screen size required is 1980 x 1080 PORTRAIT not Landscape.

Very simple.
