Turn presentation into animated video

I have a powerpoint presentation that I would like to turn into a video and share via our website/social media.

The powerpoint has 10 slides and the comments for each slide have the text I would like to be read for each slide as a voice over.

I have attached the powerpoint and I am looking for expertise on how to turn this into a good outcome.

Any proposal must include a sample of what my video could look like (eg a short video for just one of my slides), incl voice over sample.
