Timelapse video

Hi there,

I'm looking for a talented self shooter to film a short case study video (with some timelapse filming) at a school in Chiswick.

The client wants to create a case study video showing the transformation of the School canteen, where they’ll be introducing some new furniture, equipment and graphics. It would be a sort of changing rooms type video, with a brief interview with their client, a brief interview with members of their design team and some footage of the work on site. They were also very keen on using a bit of timelapse to show the transformation.

It would be 5 short on site visits (approx. 1-2 hour each visit to get a half decent time-lapse as well) spread out across 2-3 weeks. I believe that it is just an interior fitting and nothing to film outside. They originally wanted a continual time-lapse throughout the 2-3 weeks however I had to tell them that this is not practical/cost effective and instead it would be best to get shorter time-lapse sequences at crucial stages during the 5 on site visits. The re-design is set to commence on the 15th - 29th August. So you would need to be on site on the 15th, 29th and two days in between, then probably the first day of term (Sept 4ish) to show student reaction to the changes.

Afterwards you would need to transfer footage onto a potable HDD (we can send this)

following equipment required:
- EX1, EX3, Z7, Z5 or equivalent
- DSLR kit to get timelapse
- audio equipment such as boom mic, lapel mics etc
- lighting would be great but not essential
- Dollys and jib equipment would also be a bonus but no essential


Person will need to work under our company, which means they will be representing us. So obviously they need to be polite and friendly :)
