Short Video Production

As part of an Education Investment resource I'd like a 5 min video producing. The video with depict a young, attractive, female newsreader reading the news (against a backdrop) from a script that i will provide of the key events in 1995. The newsreader should be interspered with video clips that illustrate the key events ie ban on advertisiing in motoracing, bse, wars, famine etc. The specifics here to be finalised by negotiation and don't have to be the actual events themselves but are illustrative. I eventually want a further 4 similar videos producing
