Really rough edit of some footage I took at a photoshoot

I took some very rough video footage (on my tablet) of a photo shoot that I did and I want to just cut this up with a few stills of the images as a 30- 1 minute (depending on quality) video to put on a blog site, youtube etc. This is just a very quick project not to spend a lot of time on as I know that the video quality isn't good.

I'm looking for:
*best bits of the snippets put together but broken up of stills from the photshoot. I would like to have music as the audio and to use the song 'together we cry' by the script. The footage would great to have in black and white with the stills in the natural colours to show the contrast.

I have no clue how much this will cost so my budget could be way too low. Please let me know if you think it is and I will either rethink the project or higher my cost.

I'm looking to do this asap. Happy to send you the video just so you have an idea of how long it may take to do. I have attached my look book which will give you an idea of the stills that I would like to use.
