Property search website demonstration video needed

I am looking for someone to create a video, with a decent voice over, explaining how my new property search website works. It is a very simple video with slides (simple writing) at the beginning, a screenshot video in the middle (showing how the registration process works) and with music and a voice over. I will write the script and give very specific instructions. obviously you can be creative too as this is not my business, its yours. I am happy for you to change what i have done if you think it will enhance the video too. To convey the basics is very important though. I will use this video to give presentations to estate agents to get them to sign up to my site. Please don\'t submit if you haven\'t done any work i can see. I need to do this quickly and as cheaply as possible. This is a start up company so the budget is small. I am a big fan of video though so if this one is done well there will be plenty more business for you. The key to the video is to look professional and convey the right message. Thanks
