RPAIR example video script -
- A Person is getting ready and puts his watch on last.
- When they look down, they notice that the hands on the watch are not moving.
- They grab their phone and pull up the RPAIR App
- They type in there information, what is wrong with the watch, and snap a picture of the watch
- Quotes for the repair pops up, showing them different vendors with their the star ratings, and prices for them to compare
- They click on the quote that works for them
- Then head to the vendors local high street store, showing the quote on their mobile, and drop the watch into the sales associate.
- The next morning -They check the app to see the status of their repair and in the evening receive a notification that it is ready for collection.
- They head back to the store and collect the watch
- As they are heading out they rate there service with 5 stars.
