Promo video for House music festival in Reading, UK

We are running a small outdoor House music event in Reading on Saturday 20th September (next weekend) and are looking for a camera man to come along to film the event (day and night) using their own equipment. Then with the footage create a 2-3 minute video that we can use to promote the event in the future. We would need the promo video 7-10 days after the event has taken place.

Experience in filing music events would be a bonus.
